It could very well be custom, and of course it would be impossible to get one.
One thing that the stars do is put their dresses/suits up for auction, and the highest bidder wins the dress, while the money goes to a charitable foundation.
You could also get one made just like hers. Since money is no object, getting one made wouldn’t be nearly as expensive as buying the real deal!
You’ve got good taste, she’s always dressed to kill!
