1. Bow-ing (ing, as in ring)
2. Fye-doe (fye, as in eye) 
3. I&#039;ve heard both used, the letters and a pronounciation of the word. 
4. 303 (like the number, with &#039;Oh&#039; in the middle).
5. Ree-pah
6. Bal (as in ballerina)-en-see-ay (as in the letter)-gah
7. So-fee, like trophy.
8. Scun-chee, or I think it&#039;s more like scoon-chee
9. Lee-am
10. Vole-cum
11. Shh-say-dough
