I would like to have a pair of Manolo Blahniks.
My brother is traveling to Hong Kong and I know a lot of things are much cheaper there but are Manolo Blahniks, too (Since they’re made in Italy)?

No. Manolo Blahniks are more expensive is Asian countries as they have to be exported farther distances. If he find shoes labeled "Manolo Blahnik" for less than usual retail in Hong Kong then they are not real Manolos, they will be counterfeits made in mainland China.
